BHEL share price climbed 2% on July 29 following the project win, trading at ₹323.20 as of 9:50 AM IST.
The ₹10,000 cr order is for the 2x800 MW Koderma Phase-II Thermal Power Station. BHEL to supply Boiler, Turbine, Generator, and auxiliaries for the project.
The project, located in Jharkhand, is to be executed in 52 months. BHEL will handle Erection, Commissioning, and Civil Works on an EPC basis.
