Bajaj FinServ Ltd., stated that it has expressed its intent to subscribe to the Preferential Issue (PI) of Bajaj Finance Ltd. (BFL) up to an amount not exceeding ₹1,200 Cr. This is subject to the finalisation of terms and conditions for the proposed issue and other considerations.
