The record date for BPCL's 1:1 bonus share issuance is set for June 22nd. This means that today, June 21st, is the last day to purchase BPCL shares and be eligible to receive the bonus share.
For every share held, shareholders will receive one additional share in their Demat account. This means doubling your shares.
BPCL will issue a total of 216.92 crore bonus shares, increasing its equity share capital to Rs 4,338.50 crore.
The bonus shares are expected to be credited to shareholders' accounts by July 8, 2024. Do mark your calendars!
